Daytime Emmy Nominations Announced
The 35th Annual Daytime Emmy Nominations were announced this morning, live on The View with GL's MARCY RYLAN and ATWT's VAN HANSIS' participation. "I�m really proud of all the actors," VAN HANSIS praised. "I am so happy for Kelley Hensley and Trent Dawson. I couldn�t be happier or more excited for the show."
CBS led all networks with 56 nominations, and THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS led all shows with 17 nominations. GUIDING LIGHT received 13 nominations, AS THE WORLD TURNS received 12 nominations and THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL received 9 nominations. CBS swept the lead actress category.
